A Note From Charles Bruffy:

As you know, like all other KC arts organizations, the Chorale has had to cancel our remaining concerts this season. The biggest financial hit will unfortunately be realized by our 25 professional singers.

Many are music teachers, parents, and church musicians who rely on the supplemental income they earn with the Chorale. Some are entrepreneurs who have been deeply impacted with the sudden loss of business. Others are full-time professional musicians who have seen all sources of income dry up with the cancellation of concerts, holy week church services, weddings, and other performances.

Help us ease our vocalists’ financial worries a bit by donating a gift to our “Sponsor a Singer Fund.”  We have a fundraising goal of $15,000 that will allow us to compensate our singers through the end of the season despite the concert cancellations. A gift of any size in support of this effort would be greatly appreciated.  Click here to donate and help keep our singers financially healthy as we weather this storm together.

Please visit us on social media where you’ll be able to find recordings and videos from our earlier concerts this season that will hopefully lift your spirits.  We wish you all safety and good health during this difficult time.
